Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It’s such a great way to focus on a crucial yet less talked about aspect about our lives.

When we talk about Health, most of us only imagine the physical aspect of our well-being.

Well, motherhood has helped me realize that our PHYSICAL well-being depends a lot on our MENTAL & EMOTIONAL well-being.

It’s all CONNECTED! We cannot focus on one, and ignore the other!

As ONE CONNECTED FAMILY believes in being CONNECTED with YOURSELF, so that you can be connected with YOUR CHILD & YOUR PARTNER in parenting – I couldn’t resist pitching in to create more awareness about Mental Health for Parents & Children, especially to empower Moms feel more connected & content with yourself & your family!

So, everyday till the end of this month, I’ll share some insights of aspects of Mental Health that’s relevant for Moms, Dads & Kids.

Do you have questions or concerns related to Mental Health that you’d like to me talk about?
Let me know with a DM on Whatsapp or Insta/FB @oneconnectedfamily. I’ll be waiting to hear from you 🙂

  1. Wow. That’s a great one. We really do need this.
I really get stressed out because of the chores or people around me at times and often show it on my kids. Please do talk about how to handle stress.
